Mac utilities like The Unarchiver and Pacifist are not intended to extract. It hasn't been updated since 2017 and there's no indication on the developer's website that it still works with macOS 10.15 Catalina. It launches under Catalina, but as far as I can see that's it. I've have a few tries with Wineskin and I can't make head nor tail of it.
